San Diego for Spring Break

San Diego is Spring Break Central. The second largest city in California (and the eighth largest city in the States) sits on the Mexican border, and is a wonderfully diverse, metropolitan city with an appealing mixture of flavors, styles, accents and cultures. International cuisine, world class shopping, famous attractions, upscale clubs, beautiful weather and beautiful people combine to make San Diego an ever-popular favorite vacation spot for visitors from all over the world.

Of course, California is most famous for its long, sunshine-filled days and laid-back beach lifestyle, and San Diego is at the heart of that atmosphere. Where better to go for relaxation and fun than one of the world's most famously casual and easy-going cities? Every year, thousands of college students flock to areas like Pacific Beach to have some fun after all those papers and exams, and and San Diego's sandy beaches fill up with crowds of young people enjoying fun in the sun, Californian style.

Whatever your idea of relaxation is, San Diego's easy-going beach culture will make sure that you get it. If you want to laze around all day soaking up the sun's rays and occasionally cooling off in the ocean, you're in the right place. If you want to dive into the waves and go surfing, or explore the wonders of the underwater world with a spot of scuba diving, you're in the right place. If you want to play volleyball on the beach or go banana boating with your friends, you're in the right place. The beach is the place to be on your San Diego Spring Break!

Even when night falls, the beaches remain alive with activity. Seaview restaurants offer mouthwatering selections of international cuisine, and beach resorts host huge and buzzing beach parties right there on the sand. After a day of blissful relaxation or fun games and sports, you'll be dancing the night away amongst the crowds of other fun-loving students, before doing it all again the next day. In San Diego, the vibe is cool, young, casual, friendly, and above all, fun! You'll see for yourself when you join thousands of other students from all over the US and Canada for your unforgetable San Diego Spring Break.
